Our technicians must meet our stringent requirements before they’re allowed in our trucks or in your home. Your technician will always present proper identification and be courteous and professional.
All Temp service and maintenance consists of prompt, professional and honest assessments of your heating and cooling system. All Temp technicians are highly-trained, certified professionals. Our technicians will provide you a written estimate for any repairs prior to work being performed on your HVAC equipment.
What to expect with an All Temp service
- When you call All Temp, your call is answered by a professional customer service representative who can help you immediately. A service call time will be set to meet your schedule and convenience.
- About an hour prior to your service technician’s arrival, we will call and confirm he is on his way.
- Our technician will arrive in full uniform with All Temp identification credentials and shoe covers because we respect your home.
- The All Temp technician will perform a complete assessment of your HVAC systems, diagnose problems and provide you with a written estimate before starting any repairs.
- All Temp repairs are guaranteed and you can be confident in our technician’s ability to get the most out of your HVAC equipment. Once repairs are complete, our technicians will clean up and leave your home just as if they were never there.
- The All Temp technician’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We hope to make you a customer for life by offering our All Temp Service Agreement plan which saves you on your future HVAC repairs.
